Bleasdale 2019 Mulberry Tree Cabernet Sauvignon
This is an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with intense aromas of mixed berries, woody herbs dark chocolate and violets. The palate is smooth and persistent, with blackcurrant and spicy oak flavours, before finishing with soft and subtle tannins.
Brokenwood Semillon 750ml
Lovely florals and lemon grass aromas. Mouth filling flavours of pear and lemon pith balancing the zesty acid backbone. A classic Hunter Valley Semillon to enjoy now or age gracefully. Vinification Harvesting was all done by hand.
Thomson Estate Old Pumphouse Shiraz 2020
Strawberry and raspberry fruit dominate the front palate with dried herbs and baking spices balancing complexity and finesse. The medium tannins and subtle oak round out the end of the palate giving a satisfying jammy finish.

Deep, dark red with a purple hue. The nose is perfumed, showing aromatic, dark berry fruits with mint chocolate, sage, & cedary oak. The palate is medium-bodied, flush with red & black berries, dark chocolate, roasting herbs & black olive notes. A thread of bright mineral acidity runs through the palate which closes with a fine tannic grip.

Great quality at a great price! Sultry blackberry, plum and a subtle smoked meat character on the nose. A medium to full bodied wine with a silky tannin backbone, a hint of spice and a grainy tannin finish. Throughout the palate the wine has subtle chocolate and cedar French oak character.
